Kids Day of the Dead Celebration

Saturday, November 1
2:30 - 4 PM

Best for ages 5+. Celebrate Día de los Muertos, a day of remembrance for our loved ones gone but not forgotten. We’ll also briefly explain some of the symbols of the library’s day of the dead altar. Next, kids will work on their Mexican marigold bouquet and customize their papier-mâché skeleton with bright designs.

Registration required; space is limited. Registration opens to Midlothian residents beginning Oct. 11; fully open to all on Oct. 25.
