HOWL~O~STEAM: A Series of Spooky Labs

In past years, HOWL-O-STEAM was a one-day celebration. This year, we’re thrilled to announce that it’s moving into our very own home at the Discovery Center at Stony Point™ — and we’re not stopping at one day… we’re making it 3 full weeks of labs, builds, and discovery!

👻 Ages 4–12: Drop in for 50-minute themed labs — slime, Franken-Bots, vanishing potions, ghost drones, shark cars, and more.
🎡 Ages 8–14: Join our week-long Cardboard Carnival (Oct 27–31), where kids design arcade games and reveal them at a Halloween showcase for families.

This is our biggest HOWL-O-STEAM yet — and we can’t wait to see RVA kids discover, learn, and play in ways they’ll never forget.
