Why: While we are, of course, thankful for your support of our services, we are even more moved by the qualities you bring into this shared space:

• The patience you've shown as our practice grows and evolves

This gathering is a small gesture of our big appreciation. We look forward to celebrating you.

Info: In this playful and calming class, children are invited to explore their inner world through gentle movement, mindful awareness, and the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls.


Facilitated by a team of caring guides — a sound healer, a movement specialist, and a mindfulness teacher — this class is designed to help kids:

? Relax and restore with the calming tones of sound healing

?‍♀️ Learn simple mindfulness tools to manage big emotions and build self-awareness


Through imagination, creativity, and connection, children will leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more at home in themselves.
