Quayle's Stretch & Sip

Stretch it out, join us for this 60 min class to strengthen hips and shoulders while soaking up the beautiful scenery at Quayle's Brewery with Sarah Melody from Anahata Yoga.

Take time to tune into your body, mind, and breath. In this gentle vinyasa practice we will flow through Sun Salutations, Warrior pose and balance work. Beginners welcome!

Class will be held outside in front of our hop fields for the stretch portion from 10:30-11:30 am, after finding your centre you'll then finish with a beer on the patio.

Tickets are $28 plus tax & fees. This is a 19+ event.

Each ticket includes yoga, and a full pour of beer. Bring your own yoga mat.
