Métis Beaded Flower Brooch Workshop

Celebrate the beauty of Métis floral beadwork in this hands-on creative workshop. Participants will learn how to make a flatwork-style, five-petal beaded flower brooch, inspired by traditional Métis designs.

This guided, step-by-step workshop is designed to be welcoming for all skill levels. You’ll be supported throughout the process as you build your brooch bead by bead, gaining an understanding of colour placement, structure, and flatwork techniques. All materials are provided; just bring your curiosity and creativity.

Participants should expect to spend approximately 3 to 3½ hours beading and completing their piece.
