Join us for a cooking class designed with you in mind. Cooking for one can feel overwhelming or uninspiring—but you don’t have to do it alone. In this relaxed and friendly setting, we’ll explore simple, delicious meals tailored for one person, with a focus on nutrition, creativity, and ease.
Each month you’ll walk away with recipes, practical tips, and the confidence to make cooking for one easier and more enjoyable. Best of all, you’ll share laughs, tips, and conversation with others who understand the challenges—and the joys—of cooking solo.
We’ll learn how to take one bulk-cooked item and turn it into several delicious meals throughout the week. Instead of eating the same leftovers day after day, you’ll discover creative ways to transform a single base recipe into multiple dishes, keeping mealtime exciting and simple.

SEPTEMBER 24 - CHUCK ROAST BASE
· Classic pot roast with carrots & potatoes
· Hot roast beef sandwiches with gravy
· Beef & noodle soup
· Beef enchiladas or tacos with salsa & cheese
OCTOBER 29 - WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN BASE
· Roasted chicken with vegetables
· Chicken salad sandwiches or wraps
· Chicken & rice soup
· BBQ chicken flatbreads or quesadillas
NOVEMBER 19 - BAKED SALMON FILLET BASE
· Lemon herb salmon with rice & greens
· Salmon salad
· Salmon & veggie fried rice
· Salmon pasta with cream sauce or pesto
DECEMBER 17 - PORK TENDERLOIN BASE
· Sliced pork with roasted sweet potatoes
· Pulled pork sandwiches
· Pork stir-fry
· Pork & bean chili
