Born and raised in France, Nicolas brings a lifetime of passion for food, wine, and hospitality. With global experience across France, England, Spain, the U.S., and beyond, Nicolas brings a deep understanding of wine culture and a talent for storytelling that makes every sip more meaningful.
Our culinary pairings will be crafted by Chef Kari Rushing, who will join Nicolas in guiding guests through each course and pour.
