Sound Journey with Tami Gosnell

Heart disease, diabetes, addiction, and mental health issues have all been linked to stress and tension. Sound healing has been scientifically and anecdotally proven to regulate mood, decrease anxiety, reduce physical pain, and enhance spiritual well- being. Rev. Tami Gosnell is a certified sound healer with 18 years experience in the field. She facilitates group toning and intention circles, sound baths, vocal and instrument lessons, and provides 1-on-1 vibro-acoustic treatments on her custom built sound table which delivers low-frequency vibrations throughout every cell of the body. Tami has an extensive ‘tool box’ where she employs overtone singing, throat singing, chanting, binaural beats, acutonics, bioenergetics, vocal release, shamanic techniques and other modalities while she creates and holds a safe container to assist an individual in their journey back to wholeness.
