Potter League Shot Clinic

Potter League will be offering their low cost vaccine clinic at our Middletown location. 99 E Main Road, Middletown RI.

You can preregister online through the Potter League website. But it is not required.
Dogs must be leashed, cats and ferrets must be in carriers. Pets must be at least 12 weeks old. First come, first served!

Rabies, DHPP, FVRCP - $10
Microchips - $10

To get a 3 year rabies vaccine, owners must bring proof of non-expired prior vaccination.
