Mindful Doodling

Tuesday's class (Dec 9, 6- 8:30pm) will be Mindful Doodling. It's a free class and only requires an art journal or paper. Bring your favorite markers and doodling pens if you have them. If you don't have any, I will have supplies available. We will be doodling while listening to soothing music. Bring a snack if you'd like. This is great for destressing during a hectic month and giving you some ideas for future mindful doodles. Let me know if you plan to attend.
