About the event

"Lights Up" - A Spotlight on Local Art
The Gibby at The Everett is proud to introduce "Lights Up", a vibrant new recurring art exhibit series presented in partnership with the live stage theater productions at the Everett Theatre. Lights Up will feature a different visual artist whose work will be showcased just steps away from the theater at The Gibby Center for the Arts. Audiences are invited to experience the rich intersection of visual and performing arts right in the heart of Middletown.

The series launches during the run of Steel Magnolias, with a special opening night art reception on Friday, September 12 from 6pm to 7pm at The Gibby.

The debut exhibit will highlight the floral photography of Megan Morole, whose pieces will be on display throughout the production’s run.

Admission to the art exhibit is free.

Join us as the lights come up—on stage and on canvas.
