Gnocchi Plus Two Saunces

Sign up for this 2-hour class, you will learn how to make at least one type of gnocchi and two pairing sauces (no experience needed).

Chef Mark will:

share some history of gnocchi.
share successful gnocchi tips and talk about what to consider in pairing sauces with the gnocchi.
demonstrate making and cooking the gnocchi and sauces

Participants will:

practice techniques Chef Mark demonstrates
bring home with you what you make in class and recipes to do it again
