Making Winter Soups

In this 1.75 hour class, learn about seasonal winter ingredients and how to make them into 3-4 delicious soups. Featured vegetable ingredients will be in season in Maryland when the class is held.

You will get to participate in some recipe prep, take home 3-4 recipes, and samples from the class demonstrations.
