Please join Rev Shelley Dungan, Greg Sabatino and friends of The Sacred Center for an evening of gentle yoga, mindful meditation and crystal bowl sound journey. Our intention will be to honor and access the potent, sacred, feminine energy of the full moon as we celebrate the fullness of our blessings. This will be an opportunity for you to breathe, stretch, smile, relax and connect.
Tickets are $25-$30 on Eventbrite.
Please bring a large blanket to go under your yoga mat, bug spray, small pillow if you like and cozy clothing.
