Foundational Footwork with SK

Kick off the New Year with SK's Foundational Footwork Workshop!

If you’ve attended SK’s Strength & Conditioning class, you’re already familiar with their signature “foot exercises” that wrap up each session. In this special workshop, we’ll step even deeper into the strength, agility, and overall health of our feet—the foundation of our bodies and every movement we make. Through mobility exercises, self-massage, and neural connection techniques inspired by SK’s expertise in dance, Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy, you’ll give your feet the care they deserve. Join us and start the year on the right foot!

COST: $28

Please bring your yoga mat, water and a small towel. We have a few mats to lend if you don't have your own!

Special events are not included in monthly unlimited plans nor can class passes be used to book the event. Minimum of 4 people registered by 1/3/26 for event to proceed.
