Christian Meditation Experience

Caroline (formerly Arpita) was immersed in the Indian spiritual practices of yoga, kirtan chanting, and meditation for many years. Then she became a Christian, and started meditating on Bible verses, taught yoga at a church and explored how to teach as a Christian to other Christians, and started chanting bible verses and Christian prayers. Join her as she leads you through a journey of yoga, call-and-response chanting, and meditation, all permeated with sacred scripture from the Bible, which she calls “the ultimate mystery school”. You may want to bring journaling materials, to record realizations and/or messages from the Holy Spirit.

Caroline is a former Spiritual Director/Head Minister of Harbin’s Heart Consciousness Church, a yoga teacher for 25 years, led kirtan at Harbin for over 15 years and has explored and practiced various meditation techniques over the past 40 years. She felt Jesus call her to the Christian church 11 years ago.

You do not need to be Christian to attend.
