Vintage Excavator Trust - Demonstration Weekend

Put the 20th / 21st of September into the diary for those old digger fans out there.

It’s a great opportunity to see the machines at work in their natural habitat. There’ll be a number of machines working including the 1909 built Steam Navvy*

A frequent train service will operate on the railway using ‘Sir Tom’* with trains running from 10.15 am on both days.

Refreshments will be available from the ‘Snacks on Tracks’ team near the demonstration area.

Admission for the weekend is £12.00 for adults, £6.00 for children, VET members free.

*The Steam Navvy and Sir Tom will be working subject to availability
