Underdog Vet Services will be bringing our mobile clinic to Tabby and Jack's in Middleton on June 17th to offer a vaccine and microchip clinic. To book an appointment, email

To promote pet and community health, we'll be offering this discounted vaccine and microchip clinic. At this event, we will not be offering full wellness exams or surgeries, but we do offer all of this and more at our 2508 S Stoughton Rd clinic in Madison.

For this special kickoff event, we are offering each vaccine and microchip at $25 per item.

We use Zoetis brand vaccines and Datamars/Petlink brand microchips.
We highly recommend seeing your family vet annually for full preventative (and for any needed ailment) health exams. While a brief exam will be completed by our vet prior to administering a rabies vaccine, this does not encompass what would be done at a regular wellness health exam.
