Relax, release tension, and support your hair and scalp health.
During your session, I’ll use gentle pressure, kneading, and soothing strokes across the scalp and head to encourage deep relaxation and improve circulation. I may also incorporate tools or nourishing oils to enhance your experience and stimulate the scalp.
Scalp massage isn’t just calming—it can also support healthy hair growth and relieve built-up tension.
🌀Craniosacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the craniosacral system—the bones, tissues, and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord.
I use a gentle, light touch depending on what your body needs. I’ll listen to your body’s natural rhythms and responses, allowing your system to guide the session. I may check in occasionally to support your experience.
While you may feel a shift after one session, deeper results often come with continued work. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space for healing and balance.
🪬Sound Bath
Experience profound relaxation and stress relief with a personalized sound bath session. Immerse yourself in healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and gongs, designed to soothe the mind and body.
Unlike group sessions, a one-on-one sound bath offers a tailored experience, addressing your specific physical or emotional needs through carefully selected instruments and techniques. Let the therapeutic frequencies guide you into a deeply meditative state, promoting inner peace and balance.
