New Moon Sound Bath

Join us under the quiet power of the New Moon—a time to release, reset, and plant the seeds of intention. This immersive sound bath invites you to soften into stillness while being surrounded by the healing tones of crystal sound bowls, crystal pyramids, a deep resonant gong, Koshi chimes, a rain stick, and more.

As the moon begins a new cycle, we’ll gently guide the body and mind into a meditative state, helping you clear lingering energy and connect with your inner vision. Whether you’re calling something in or letting something go, this experience offers space to realign with calm, clarity, and purpose.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and comfortable pillow for your comfort—supplies on-site are limited. Dress cozy, come as you are, and allow the sound to carry you inward.

Info: We’ll begin with a New Moon ritual where you’ll write down intentions or what you’re ready to let go of. These notes will be ceremonially burned to create energetic space for new beginnings.


You’ll then be guided through a calming meditation to ground your energy and support your intentions. The sound bath will follow—featuring crystal singing bowls, pyramids, Koshi chimes, a gong, rain stick, and more. These healing frequencies gently calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and realign your energy.


Stephanie will also offer optional individual sound clearing, using pyramids, chimes, and rain stick above the body to deepen your experience. You are always welcome to opt out of this portion.
