Monday 10/6
-Meditation with Chaplain Brian

(Join Chaplain Brian for a moment of Zen and find your inner peace through a guided meditation focused on relaxation.)

(This musical duo brings lively musical memories from popular radio music (rock/pop/country) of the 1950s, ‘60s, ‘70s to life PLUS a few standards from the Big Band era.)

(Know you numbers! We’re excited to offer informative handouts that will help you understand the significance of your numbers. If you're interested, we also offer a complimentary blood pressure check to help you stay on top of your health and wellbeing.)
-Super Food Jeopardy

(Join the New Horizons Food team for an interactive game of Jeopardy on the big screen that will include clues about different super foods or foods used as medicine. The winner(s) will receive gift cards to be used in either the Terrace or Arbor Café. There will also be a super food snack and drink available!)

-Fall Prevention Clinic with Greenfield Rehab

(Greenfield Therapy department will lead a discussion on fall risks and home safety. Come participate in a falls risk assessment and test for leg strength and endurance and find out if you are average or above average. *Sign up by calling Reception at 608-662-8842 *30 minute classes on the half hour with a max of 8 people per class)
-Cardio Drumming

(Cardio drumming is a high-energy, low-impact workout that turns drumming into exercise.
