Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens is holding a special fundraising event on September 27, 2025 at Forward Garden.

Our gardens have been growing, and so has the need in our community. Improving infrastructure among our network of gardens and having reliable equipment is essential to maximize our produce yields as we work to meet the rising demand in the emergency food system.

High priority needs include a walk-in cooler at Schulte Garden and a tractor with more horsepower at Forward Garden to support low-till practices which minimizes soil disruption and preserves soil structure and health. Our current tractor has served us faithfully for over 30 years, but we are in need of an upgrade.

With your support, we can increase our capacity to provide first choice, fresh, nutritious produce to those in need.
