Our yoga morning will explore some simple and beautiful teachings from the Bhagavad Gita. How can Yoga help us live skilfully and peacefully in the world?
We’ll consider Prakriti (physical matter) and Puruşa (our Essence) and look particularly at the role of the senses. (Very relevant at this holiday time!!)
According to Yoga:
From where do the senses arise?
How do they affect body, breath and mind?
How can we live with them and maintain balance?
