Middlesbrough strongest man and woman 2025

Save the date, for the 4th edition of Middlesbrough Strongest at the legendary Steel City Gym.
There will be prize money subject to sponsorship, and hopefully prizes for breaking the gym log records which are 147kg for men and I think around 90kg for women
Date and events are subject to change but the plan at the moment will be

Events:
Log press for max weight, 3 attempts
Deadlift for reps, standard 9” height, stiff bar
Some kind of grip event, maybe something like the wrecking ball if we can sort it
Farmers or yoke or a medley
Some kind of loading; stones or sandbags
