We are delighted to be welcoming local teacher, Jess Jackson to lead our friendly group.
Remember everyone is warmly welcomed at these sessions, no matter how much or how little yoga experience you have. We will explore the idea of:
Finding Balance
Jess says:
I’m so delighted to invite you to this special class dedicated to balance, offering us a gentle reminder that balance is vital in times of change, as we settle into early autumn.
In both yoga and in life, balance is a living dance between effort and ease, grounding and lightness, stillness and flow.
Together, we’ll explore this through mindful movement, steady breath, and moments of pause. Your practice will invite you to wobble and rediscover your center, grounding and rooting you deeply, and moving through flowing transitions that remind us of life’s constant motion.
We will take time at the end to continue this journey inward by settling into deep stillness and guided rest. This gentle practice will support balance within, helping you soften, restore, and prepare to begin again with a renewed sense of clarity and ease.
