Join us for Let’s Connect, a gathering rooted in the power of people, place, and purpose. We’re bringing the community together to reconnect, reclaim our strengths, and remember how to care for one another.

� Connection spaces to rediscover our roles as neighbours, friends, and community-builders

Mental health doesn’t live in systems alone — it lives in everyday relationships, street corners, kitchen tables, and shared moments. This isn’t about fixing people. It’s about fixing disconnection.
