SoundScapes I: An Interactive Singing Bowl Workshop

Have you ever attended a sound bath and wondered what it would be like to play the crystal singing bowls? Would you like to learn the basics of how to combine tones in pleasing and healing combinations? Are you thinking of purchasing one or more singing bowls for personal use, but don't know where to start? Soundscapes I is for you.

This hands-on workshop combines a receptive (listening) portion of a typical sound bath with an expressive (interactive) section when participants will play bowls and other sound healing instruments for themselves and each other, creating a one-of-a-kind soundscape in a safe, nurturing environment. No musical experience necessary -- just bring your curiosity and open ears! Time will be reserved at the end of the workshop for questions about how to select your own crystal singing bowl(s).
