Watercolor for beginners- Starting with watercolor workshop

Ready to start working with watercolors or want to understand the basics a little better?

Join Lana, The Wandering Brush, who has been leading beginner students to feel confident and at ease learning the skills of watercolor. This longer style workshop will review important techniques and methods, tools and concepts to give you the basics of working with watercolors.

We will work with pigment and water ratio, learn to mix colors, lay washes and create interersting textures. All artist grade materials supplied for your use, there will be take home materials and references as well as a sampler of paints & paper.

Bring your beverages & snacks. There will be short breaks to catch up, move around and ask questions. Everyone learns at their pace and LOTS of hand on assistance from Lana.
