Toddler Horsemanship
Hello and thank you for your interest in the Dark Horse Hill Equestrian’s Toddler Program!
Dates: Wednesdays in July & August 2025

Requirements: Child or children ages 2-4 with parent or legal guardian. Up to 2:1 ratio child to parent or guardian. Infants and parents are welcome free of charge! All participants both parent/guardian and child alike must adhere to posted facility rules and regulations that will be sent prior to your program date of attendance.
Facility attire: For safety and comfort long pants recommended but not required, boots with a closed toe and no steel toes are required (note a small heeled shoe is required for riding however not required for this program), long sleeves are recommended but not required, long hair should be tied back in riding facilities however is not required for this program.
Program Housekeeping & Specifics: Join us for a playgroup with a horsie twist, specifically for toddlers! This program is located in the middle of the horse stables with toys and mats for the children to enjoy the space in a safe and inclusive environment. Snacks aren’t permitted in the barn for the safety of all involved. Water and milk are permitted in the barn. The entire facility is breastfeeding friendly. Participants are asked to please use the hand wash the station upon the end of the program. Hand Wash station is available in the public washroom located in the clubhouse which is next to parking. A program specific changing table will also be set up in the public washroom on Toddler Horsemanship program days.

How To Book: Please text 905-683-5050 or message us on the Dark Horse Hill Equestrian Facebook Page five days or less before the Wednesday you are attending. Once we let you know if there is space available you can e-transfer $35 to

Forms & Photos: Hard copy registration form and facility waiver will be given upon arrival of your first session. Please note that occasional photos might be taken of participants while on site. We will not use images of children unless specifically permitted by a parent or legal guardian however we cannot guarantee that children won’t be in backgrounds of images and videos used.
