July Meeting - Emergency Preparedness: Bug Out or Bug In

I am excited to present a new topic to She-Shooters for July’s meeting. Join us on Wednesday, July 16th at 6:00 pm for Emergency Preparedness: Bug Out or Bug In. Have you ever thought what you would do if you were in the midst of an emergency? You may hear people talk about a SHTF (shit hits the fan) scenario. There are also natural disasters, human-caused incidents, or a public health crisis. These are just the broad categories. At this meeting we will take a closer look at the different types, discuss the pro & cons for bugging in vs bugging out, and some of the important items you should have on hand to be prepared. Of course one of the most important items to have is a PLAN! Whether you are going to stay or go, whether you are alone or with your family…have a solid plan and a back-up plan. Come to the meeting prepared to share your thoughts! Do you already have this planned out? How prepared are you?
