Introduction To Outdoor Leader Skills - A Special Training For Adult Scouts and Parents

Working as patrols, this hands-on course provides adult leaders an introduction to the outdoor skills they need to be able to lead Scouts in learning and mastering the camping skills required for Tenderfoot, 2nd Class and 1st Class ranks. Upon completion, leaders should feel confident teaching Scouts the basic camping skills needed for advancement. Along with Scoutmaster Specifics course, IOLS is required for all direct contact leaders registered in Scouts BSA Troops in order to be considered trained.
