In Coconut Grove, new developments like Grove Central are reshaping the neighborhood with a blend of retail, parking, and housing steps from the Metrorail. One stop away, Coral Gables is experiencing a TOD boom of its own near Douglas Road Station, where mixed-use, high-density developments are bringing housing, retail, and office space closer to public transit.
