Every year, millions of older adults experience falls — and many never fully recover. Whether you're 65+ or living with Parkinson's, this class is designed to help you stay strong, mobile and independent.

You’ll learn:

How to build strength, balance, and proprioception

How to improve reaction time and movement confidence

And most importantly, how to fall gracefully — so if it happens, you walk away, not roll into a hospital bed

You’ll be working with highly trained instructors with decades of experience as fitness professionals — and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the biomechanics of falling.
