Join Ashley for Surrender Through Sound, a deeply nourishing New Moon Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience inspired by the introspective and imaginative energy of the New Moon in Pisces. This gathering honors Pisces as the final sign of the zodiac, inviting closure, release, and spiritual renewal as we prepare to begin a new cycle rooted in intuition and trust.
Ashley will begin by guiding you through intentional, fluid movement to gently warm the body and calm the nervous system, preparing you to settle into stillness. The practice will gradually transition into deep, passive Yin Yoga postures, allowing longer time in each shape to bring hydration to the connective tissues while releasing emotional residue, outdated stories, and patterns that may be keeping you from leveling up in the season ahead.
From there, you will be guided into an elongated savasana accompanied by an immersive sound bath, supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic integration. This New Moon in Pisces is conjunct Saturn and ruled by Neptune, blending spiritual vision with grounded intention and supporting the creation of meaningful, long-term change.
The evening will close with yogi tea, intention-setting journaling, and ritual, working with mandala energy, crystals, and manifestation cards to help anchor intuitive insights into practical and aligned intentions. This is a space to surrender, receive, and begin again with clarity, compassion, and trust.

Bio:
Ashley is a Jivamukti Yoga instructor and certified Yin Yoga teacher with a deep appreciation for the slower, softer side of the practice. She believes that in a world moving quickly, everyone benefits from returning to yin often, creating space to pause, reassess, and turn inward. Her approach invites students to notice what’s supporting their growth, what’s asking to be released, and how stillness can become a pathway back home to the Self.
