Paty will begin with an introduction about the event, introduce the Reiki Practitioners, then lead a Guided Grounding Meditation.

The Reiki practitioners will then settle into small groups to offer no-touch Reiki to each participant to ensure safety.

We'll end the Reiki Share with a few participant and Reiki practitioners check ins.

Then our guest practitioner, Carolina Williams will facilitate the The Qi Shift Method™️: Mastering the Practice of Energy Hygiene”
Together, we’ll practice simple yet powerful tools that help you clear stagnant energy, reset your nervous system, and feel your vibration rise in real time.

You’ll walk away not only understanding energy hygiene, but embodying it—ready to carry this practice into your daily life.

We'll wrap up with a group check in to share experiences and allow everyone to ensure they're integrated and grounded.
