LAST CLASS B4 WE BREAK FOR SUMMER
Join us to celebrate 5 YEARS OF PLANT DADDY!! We'll be hosting a 45-minute mat pilates + sculpt class in the garden, led by certified pilates instructor and Miami local, Cami Pons. This class is suitable for all levels! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (ankle weights are optional).
Wear your bathing suit under your workout set (and bring a towel) bc there will be a post-class cold plunge. Please note: if you're plunging to avoid sunscreen, makeup & body products
