Important before the session:

1. Do not eat anything dense 3 hours before the session. If you are hungry, eat something light like fruit. It's best if you are fasting.

2. Do not consume any drugs or alcohol 24 hours before the session.

3. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid strong perfumes.
