The first volume of “Aprende Ballet” is an introductory-level guide for beginners, based on the renowned Cuban ballet methodology, authored by dancer Yanet Alvarez Perez. This publication includes access to a digital platform featuring an explanatory video that deepens the understanding of the method’s key principles. By combining printed materials with audiovisual content, it offers a well-rounded and accessible learning experience.
