In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, join Urban Greenworks & Sunny Side Up Charity for Harvest & Heal, a soul-nourishing day of connection, nature, and mental wellness in the heart of the Cerasee farm. Surrounded by herbs, honeybees, and healing intention, this festival is all about slowing down, tending to our inner gardens, and uplifting our community.
Together, we’re creating a space where mental health meets mother earth.
We are not separate from nature. We are nature.
When we tend to the land, we tend to ourselves.
When we harvest from the earth, we harvest clarity, peace, and presence within.
