Feeling Ourselves is a 3-hour gathering for LGBTQIA+ folks to reconnect, reflect, and gently explore the body with care.

Through grounding meditation, slow yin yoga, and guided conversation—we’ll hold space for what’s real, tender, and true. 💜

No need to be flexible or experienced—just present.
