By registering for the Faith & Flow: A Swim Week Wellness Experience event, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk:
Participation involves physical activity, including movement, stretching, and other wellness exercises, which may carry a risk of injury. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Waiver of Liability:
You release and discharge Lifted In Faith Movement (“Organizer”), i5 Wynwood (“Venue”), and their owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, including injury, illness, or property damage. This waiver does not apply to acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer or Venue.

Medical Disclaimer:
You confirm you are physically able to participate in the event. If you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions, please consult a physician before attending.

Photography & Videography:
By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and other purposes by Lifted In Faith Movement. You agree that these images may be shared, distributed, and used as the Organizer sees fit.

Acknowledgment:
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the terms above, and you take full responsibility for your participation. You also understand that by attending, you are waiving certain legal rights.
