Join us Saturday, June 28th for a unique and immersive morning of faith, movement, and creative expression! Art & Flow is a Christ-centered wellness experience that invites you to engage with Scripture through Pilates, storytelling visuals, and hands-on art. Rooted in biblical themes and designed to awaken your spirit, this gathering is a space to connect with God, yourself, and your community in a whole new way.
What to Expect:
💪 Faith-Based Pilates Flow – A guided, all-levels mat Pilates session taught by Align With Maribel that grounds you in Scripture through mindful movement and breath.
🎨 HeART Collage™ Art Session – Participants create a personalized collage postcard as a visual representation of their God-given essence. Guided by a Unarthodox facilitator, the process uses the HeART Collage™ technique—developed by Maria Kordova, founder of Unarthodox and certified art therapist. Photos of the final collage can be used as digital keepsakes (e.g., phone wallpaper).
🎥 Immersive Visuals & Storytelling – Move through a powerful biblical narrative brought to life with projection art and soundscapes.
☕ Community & Connection – Sip herbal iced tea, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with a like-minded, faith-filled community.

Lifted In Faith Movement is a Miami-based Christian wellness community empowering young adults through faith, fitness, and creativity. We host dynamic experiences—from beach Pilates to faith walks—that nurture both body and soul.
Unarthodox is an immersive art studio blending creativity, wellness, and community. Known for their therapeutic and interactive art experiences, they help participants reconnect with themselves and others through multi-sensory expression.
