Hosted by Eco Ed Impact Corp's FLIPâ„¢ The Family Lifeline Impact Project, this multi-generational workshop is designed to help girls and women understand their bodies, protect their wombs, and reconnect with the wisdom of their cycle from the first flow to menopause.
You’ll learn:
• The four phases of the menstrual cycle and how they impact mood, focus, and energy
• How BPA, pesticides, fragrances, and chemicals in pads and tampons are harming our reproductive health
• What’s happening to our uterus today and why hysterectomies are being over-prescribed
• How to navigate perimenopause and menopause with nourishment and self-awareness
• Practical tools for womb wellness: herbs, foods, detox practices, and natural products
• How to listen to your body and teach your daughters to do the same
