This is more than a workshop — it’s a piece of my own healing journey that I’m honored to share with you. Over the years, I’ve learned that true transformation happens when we feel safe enough to let go of the stories, patterns, and pain we’ve carried for too long.

Rewrite & Release is a bi-weekly, soul-centered healing series, where each workshop focuses on a new theme to help you release old energy, reconnect with your true self, and step into the love, peace, and alignment you’re meant to live in. These are the exact practices that have helped me soften, heal, and find my way back to myself — and now, I’m creating a space for you to experience them too.

You’ll experience:

💫Inner child meditation to offer unconditional love and safety to your younger self

🧘‍♀️Yin Yoga to release the energies and emotions your body has been holding

Our first topic:

How Childhood Shapes Love — a guided journey into the roots of your heart.

We’ll explore how the love you received (or longed for) as a child shaped the way you give and receive love today. Through reflection, meditation, and movement, we’ll gently release the patterns and energies that no longer serve you, and plant the seeds for a new experience of love — one that feels safe, expansive, and aligned with your soul.
