Join mindfulness expert and author Case Kenny for a special evening of mindfulness and optimism.

This MANTRA session (60 minutes) offers a practical approach to optimism, equal parts education and interaction. Case will guide you through his signature handwritten creative process for creating hope and clarity in your life.

You will leave with:

- a practical framework for creating optimism.

- a deeper understanding of how language and mindset interact.

- a better emotional vocabulary to navigate stress, comparison, & overthinking.

- your own personal mantra... a simple, empowering phrase rooted in optimism & self-belief.

ARRIVAL: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure seating. The event is located in the Ballroom on the Mezzanine Level - upon entry, take the stairs or elevator to the left of the main lobby entrance.

PARKING: There is a variety of street parking nearby, the 17th Street Parking Garage, valet at The Ritz Carlton, South Beach (daily valet rate is $60).

MATERIALS: journals and pens will be provided. No need to bring anything.

Info: Attendees will be guided through 30 minutes of handwritten clarity and optimism. Case will show you how to evolve the words you use to describe your feelings to create optimism in your inner and outer lives.
