Ceremony of the Heart: Cacao & Gong Immersion in the Garden

Step into an oasis of peace in the heart of Miami Beach—where lush greenery, sacred sound, and heart medicine meet. Surrounded by blooming botanicals and fresh air, this ceremonial gathering invites you to slow down, soften, and return to your essence. 

You’ll begin with a gentle smudging and blessing, releasing the weight of the day and preparing the body to receive. A cup of ceremonial cacao will open your heart, awaken your senses, and attune you to the deeper layers of your being. 

From there, you’ll journey inward through a nourishing blend of Yoga Nidra meditation and Gong sound healing—designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and realign your energy field. These frequencies support deep rest, inner clarity, and emotional release. 

As the ceremony closes, we gather in a sharing circle, allowing space for integration and reflection. 

This sacred experience includes: 

• Opening the space meditation 

• Cacao invocation + drinking ritual 

• Guided Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation 

• Sound healing with Gong, crystal bowls + chimes 

• Integration sharing circle 

• Closing of sacred space 

 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to feel cozy and supported. Avoid caffeine 3 hours before and after the ceremony. No alcohol on the day of. -------------------
