Salt, vegetables, time, and intention—join us in the garden for a hands-on fermentation workshop where we’ll turn humble ingredients into living krauts and pickles bursting with flavor and meaning.
In this 1-hour session, you’ll learn the art of lacto-fermentation using seasonal produce and simple techniques rooted in tradition. As we chop, salt, and mix, we’ll reflect on how preserving food can also preserve memory, place, and culture.
✨ Bring a sharp knife, a cutting board, and your curiosity. 🌿 Create your own jar of kraut or pickled veggies to take home. 🧂 Taste, learn, and explore how microbes help us keep what matters.
