All courses will have an online portion prior to the in-person skills days in Miami, making a shorter day for the in-person skills session. Below you will find dates that we will hold the online sessions which are required. You will then have two days to choose from to complete your in-person skills sessions. We will add a third day if needed. (6/11, 6/12 & 6/13 as a tentative 3rd date).

Online training dates: 4/1, 4/6, 4/11, 4/22, 4/27, 5/2, 5/10, 5/12, 5/13, 5/22, 5/25, 5/30 (there will be morning and evening sessions; times will be provided within 2-3 weeks after signing up in Eastern Standard Time- EST)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL COURSES
2. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN-UP DURING THE EXPO
3. SEATS ARE VERY LIMITED. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SIGN UP!
4. REGISTRATION CLOSES APRIL 28TH AT 11:59PM EST

Payments are due in full when signing up. Refunds will only be issued withing 24 hours after signing up. After the 24-hour window, there are no refunds, no exceptions. If you do have to cancel for whatever reason though, 30% of your payment can be used as a credit for future courses or lectures we hold. If any classes are cancelled for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.

First come first serve basis. The sooner you sign up, the sooner you can pick your dates and times depending on what course(s) you are signing up for. In-person dates will likely start at 8:00am EST and run until 8:00pm EST (updates will be provided closer to the event). Classes will last 1-4 hours depending on what sessions you need to complete. The last sessions will be completed before the end time. Instructor candidates must be healthcare professionals and must have current AHA provider certifications. Non-healthcare providers can sign up for our Heartsaver CPR instructor course (purchase the BLS instructor ticket and then email us).

You will then have to complete an instructor candidate form and other paperwork as well as complete a separate training not included in your payment, called AHA essentials (we will provide you with the link).
