Men’s Walk & Philosophy Group: Engage Your Mind, Strengthen Your Step

Join a group of thoughtful men for a weekly walk and conversation. The Men’s Walk & Philosophy Group is an opportunity to step away from the daily grind, get some fresh air, and engage in meaningful discussions on life’s big questions.

This is not a debate club, a self-help seminar, or a place for politics or religion. It’s a space for open, respectful dialogue—where curiosity is encouraged, perspectives are exchanged, and ideas are explored. Each walk features a thought-provoking philosophical question to guide the conversation, from ethics and human nature to happiness, purpose, and beyond.

Whether you’re a seasoned thinker or just enjoy deep conversation, you’ll find connection, challenge, and camaraderie in this group. No experience in philosophy is needed—just a willingness to walk, listen, and share.

Where We Walk

We walk for about a mile (approx 20 minutes) on the boardwalk in North Beach (starting at 65th street), discussing a question of the night in smaller groups. Then, we stop, discuss the question as one large group. Then, we walk back.

Who We Are.

We are married men. Single men. Family men. Business men. Men who thrive on growth, personally and professionally. Men who want to show up as the best versions of ourselves at home, at work, and in life. We know we need camaraderie, insight, and wisdom to do so.
