Conscious Breath Expansion

This experiential workshop is designed to awaken you to the unlimited energy and power within from expanding your breathing capacity. Michelle Alva has a background in physical therapy, yoga therapy, and tantra, and will share principles of breathing mechanics, simple and practical tools to energize and process emotions and stress/anxiety using the breath, and how to calm and regulate your nervous system and energy using ancient wisdom with modern science approaches to conscious breathing. Class ends with a sound meditative-breath expansion experience. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how you are breathing, and how to maximize your breathing capacity to benefit your body, mind, emotions, and energy.
